KSrelief Provides Medical Aid to Yemenis, Distributes Ramadan Food Baskets in Gaza

The Emergency Nutrition Clinics of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) continued to provide treatment services in Yemen's al-Khawkhah Directorate, al-Hudaidah Governorate during April.

The aid came in partnership with Taibah Foundation for Development.

The integrated-care clinics received 2,236 beneficiaries, the immunizations clinics received 13 patients and surgery and wound-dressing clinic received 287 individuals.

Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic received 11 women, health awareness department received 801 beneficiaries, the reproductive health clinic received 204, and the health care department received 963 patients.

The clinics also conducted lab tests for 2,872 patients, dispensed prescriptions for 3,282 beneficiaries, and performed blood transfusion to 11 individuals, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Meanwhile in Gaza, the Saudi center has distributed food aid, amounting to 1,015 Ramadan food baskets in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

The aid came in cooperation with Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, benefiting 10,050 individuals.

It comes within the framework of humanitarian and relief aid being provided by the Riyadh-based center, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's relief arm, to the Palestinian people during the holy month of Ramadan.
