KSrelief Helps Somali Migrants in Yemen to Return Home

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) helped 143 Somalis migrants, in Yemen to return home.

International Organization for Migration (IOM) Spokesperson Joel Melman said in a press statement that 46 men, 41 women, 26 boys and 30 girls boarded a boat from Aden on September 30, 2019 and arrived, in Somalia.

Melman said the deportation was funded by the KSrelief, adding that the organization was working in partnership with UNHCR to facilitate the exit of returnees from Yemen, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Since the start of the project, funded by the KSrelief in November 2018, 1,505 Somali people, including 783 men and 722 women, have been assisted to return home.
