
King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief ) distributed Wednesday 29 tons and 600 kg of food baskets to displaced and affected people in Tur AlBahah District of Lahij Governorate, benefiting 2,400 people, within a project to distribute 102,170 food baskets to 9 governorates in Yemen.
The center also distributed 250 cartons of dates to the needy in Al-Rakezah Camp in Marib Governorate, benefiting 1,500 people, SPA reported.
This aid comes within the framework of many projects being implemented by the center to support the Yemeni people in all Yemeni regions, which have reached 301 projects.
Also in Aden, KSrelief has handed over to the Yemeni Ministry of Public Health and Population medical assistance.
The aid included 189 tons of dialysis materials to be distributed to dialysis centers in the governorates of Aden, Hodeidah, Taiz and Shabwa, while medicines and medical supplies were handed over for distribution at AlThawrah General Hospital in Taiz province, according to SPA.
The Yemeni Minister of Health, Dr. Nasser Baoum, praised the continuing medical aid being provided by KSrelief to support the health sector in all governorates of Yemen.
