Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid And Relief Center Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah held talks in Riyadh on Saturday with UN Resident Coordinator and the UN Humanitarian Coordinator in Yemen Lise Grande, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
They discussed relief and humanitarian efforts in the war-torn country.
They also addressed ways to ensure that aid is delivered to those in need throughout Yemen without exception.
Grande remarked that the humanitarian crisis in Yemen was getting worse, expressing her gratitude to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates for their contribution of $200 million to UN agencies in April.
