KSI's rematch with Logan Paul will feature two world title fights on the undercard as well as a rising US star.
The YouTube rivals will fight for a second time in Los Angeles on November 9 having turned professional.
They fought to a draw in Manchester last year but will this time feature on an Eddie Hearn-promoted show.
And they will top a bill featuring Billy Joe Saunders' first defence of his super-middleweight world title and a women's world title fight.
Devin Haney - tipped by many to be the next Floyd Mayweather - will also continue his career on the card.
Hearn is also likely to give an outing to some of this other young prospects including Diego Pacheco, Ammo Williams and Nikita Ababiy.
But there will be no place for any other YouTube stars, despite Paul's brother Jake's desperate pleas to fight.
He took on KSI's brother last year, stopping Deji in the fifth round and has been trading insults with MMA star - and Conor McGregor's training partner - Dillon Danis.
But Hearn said: "The challenge is to keep people subscribed, maybe we’ll put Jake Paul on an undercard in December, we have to engage them and keep them curious.
"Since I have done this, you would not believe the people sliding in my DMs, from celebrities to YouTubers. I have even had BBC Sport Relief on and I am meeting them next week about doing a celebrity charity show with headguards.
"People are so interested in it. Every time there is a public dispute my Twitter goes mad.
"We can’t settle every row with a fight but this is bums-on-seats and subscribers and this digital world blows my mind."
