KSI and Logan Paul will reportedly meet for a second time on November 9 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
The YouTube sensations fought to a draw in Manchester a year ago and have been negotiating a rematch since.
And, according to The Athletic, Eddie Hearn's promotional company Matchroom have struck a deal with the fighters.
Both fighters raked in millions for the first fight and were due to clash again earlier this year, either in America or Dubai.
But despite plenty of social media back-and-forth, no news was forthcoming.
KSI, real name Olajide Olatunji, was awarded the first bout by one of the judges with the other two scoring it a draw.
The Londoner had previously beaten Joe Weller in London after which he called out the controversial Paul.
Their fight at the Manchester Arena, a glorified white collar bout, drew a sold-out crowd of 21,000, while it was watched by over two million via live stream.
As many as one million people paid £7.50 to watch the fight on YouTube with the rest tuning in via illegal streams.
The revenue from the live stream is believed to have been around £8million.
KSI vs Logan Paul will take place on the same night as Deontay Wilder's rematch with Luis Ortiz which will reportedly take place in Las Vegas.
