KSI has received help and advice from world champion Nonito Donaire in the run-up to his rematch with Logan Paul on November 9.
The YouTube superstars have both turned professional ahead of their Los Angeles clash and are stepping up preparations in training camp.
British ace KSI, real name Olajide William Olatunji, recently jetted to Las Vegas for the latest segment of his intense training.
On his first day of camp, he had the chance to get some tips from four-weight world champion Donaire, who is preparing for a huge unification clash in the final of the World Boxing Super Series at bantamweight against Naoya Inoue on November 7.
“He just came through and told me some gems,” KSI told The Mayweather Channel .
“This is why I love coming to places like this, there’s nothing like it.
“You have world champions coming through and telling you to do this, do that. It just increases your boxing IQ and makes you a better boxer.
“One small thing has improved my boxing IQ tremendously.”
KSI and Logan Paul battled to a majority draw in Manchester last year but will now take off the headguards for their rematch in the professional ranks.
KSI recently explained how he has made numerous changes with the view to coming out on top second time around.
“We’ve just changed a lot of things,” KSI told JD Sports.
“We saw his strengths, we saw his weaknesses and we’ve gone ham (hard as a mother******) with it.
“The last fight, we were in the unknown, we didn’t know what we were dealing with, what we were working with.
“I felt like I showed too much footage with the last fight, that helped him a lot in his favour.
“So this time I’m not showing anything – maybe a few pads here and there.
“When it comes to me figuring out how he fights and how to cancel him out, it’s all sorted.”
