KSI opponent Swarmz breaks silence to tell Jake Paul to stop "chatting s***"

KSI's new boxing opponent Swarmz has hit out at Jake Paul and insisted he is no friend of his ring rival.

Swarmz, real name Brandon Scott, has been drafted in to face KSI on August 27 after original opponent Alex Wassabi pulled out after suffering concussion. The announcement attracted ridicule with Swarmz having never fought before.

He also appeared on a music track with KSI, leading to Paul claiming the pair were friends and that Swarmz was being paid to lose. But the 25-year-old Londoner has hit back, insisting he is coming to fight. "I'm seeing all these comments about the fight, the fight is happening on the 27th, I'm seeing these comments, especially Jake Paul chatting s***," he said in a video posted to social media.

WARNING: STRONG LANGUAGE

"Mate your brother (Logan) has already got punched up by KSI and now you want to get punched up too? Keep running your mouth and we'll see what happens to you. Come London bro, it's easy to run your mouth on social media but in real life I know you're not about this life.

"We're from the streets here bro. You think me and KSI are friends? You lot have lost the plot We've done one song together and that's it. We dont speak, we follow each other but we dont speak. He ain't my friend bro, he knows what he's done and on the 27th we're going to see. I'm a mad man, watch..."

Immediately following the announcement, Paul, who had offered to fight KSI for free, took to social media to mock his rival. "This is absolutely absurd, what KSI just did there, he is fighting one of his friends," he said. "Talk about getting paid to take a dive; he is fighting a rapper who is his friend, the've made songs together, who has never fought before.

"The dude has a t-shirt on in the fight poster, they don't even have a picture of this guy shirtless, what the f*** is going on? This event should be free, even KSI's fans are saying what is going on, they want to sell their tickets to the event.

"This is what I'd expect from you KSI, you taking an easy fight, an easy way out, your friend who is going to take a dive. This event should be free otherwise you're f***ing your fans over." Boxing fans were also unhappy with the announcement, with one saying: "This fight really got me feeling hype to kind of a let down, all in the span of 48 hours."
