KSI offers surprising prediction for Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury grudge fight

KSI believes rival Jake Paul 's upcoming fight against Tommy Fury will do "really well" on pay-per-view.

YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul is scheduled to fight Fury on February 26 in Saudi Arabia after two previous meetings between the rivals have collapsed. Love Island star Fury withdrew from a fight against Paul in December 2021 and pulled out of a rescheduled meeting last August due to travel issues.

KSI will be watching closely the fight later this month and plans to face the winner at the end of the year. The Brit has shared a rivalry with Paul for several years and usually gives him very little praise, but admitted that his upcoming fight against Fury will likely be a big success on pay-per-view.

"I feel like that's going to do really well pay-per-view wise, there's a lot of hype," KSI said on Impaulsive. "Especially with Tommy, that's his whole career. That's what he's known for, the name and everything. He's already seen as Molly Mae's b**** so for him to then lose?

Boxing fans in America recently vented their anger at having to fork out $49.99 to watch Paul vs Fury. The fight will take place on BT Sport Box Office in the UK but a price hasn't yet been released despite the fight being less than two weeks away. Paul's last fight on BT pay-per-view against Tyron Woodley in August 2021 cost fans in the UK £16.95.

Since ditching his internet fame for a career in the ring, Paul has sold hundreds of thousands of pay-per-views for his fights against the likes of Ben Askren and Woodley. The American's last outing against UFC legend Anderson Silva sold less than 300,000 buys, with Paul admitting that sales "tanked" after a story leaked about his opponent being knocked out in sparring.

KSI is seemingly routing for Paul to beat Fury despite their bitter rivalry as he added: "I guess the end goal is fighting Jake Paul, seeing who the ultimate best in influencer boxing is. It excites me. I love when there's a lot of pressure because pressure makes diamonds.

"I've said this several times. I'm a risk taker, I love taking risks. I feel like life would be so boring if we just stayed in this little zone where we are so comfortable all of the time because then you'll never get anyway. You'll never know where you could have gone in years to come."
