KSI knocks out sparring partner and leaves him in bloodied mess ahead of Logan Paul fight

KSI appears to be in fine fettle ahead of his rematch against Logan Paul after knocking out an opponent in sparring.

The YouTubers are stepping up their preparations ahead of the November 9 pro bout at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

KSI’s latest attempt at mind-games has seen his camp share footage of the British online sensation flooring a new sparring partner.

At the beginning of the clip, shared on The Mayweather Channel on YouTube, KSI’s US camp manager Amer Abdullah explains why they are bringing in an unfamiliar opponent.

“We’re going to see how he performs against a brand new sparring partner,” Abdullah says. “A guy that’s got several fights, a tough kid.

“I told the guy, ‘Go all out, don’t take it easy on him because of who he is.’

“I like to put fighters under the gun, I like to put them in uncomfortable situations.”

He adds: “You’re going to see a beast come out today.”

The footage then cuts to the pair sparring before KSI delivers a brutal knockout blow.

The unnamed opponent is left in a bloodied heap on the floor for around 20 seconds before being helped up to his feet.

KSI’s quick-fire left-right hooks leave former super featherweight world champion Jeff Mayweather delighted.

“Great work,” he tells the camera. “The kind of work we need before the fight.

“Going into the fight, you need to feel confident about what you’re doing so this is perfect moving forward.”

While Abdullah adds: “I can’t believe the transformation that he’s made in the three or four weeks he’s been out here [in LA].

“He fought a guy that can punch, he fought a guy that can fight, has much more experience than he does, and much more power.

“We got to see how he would deal with the power… s** man, that was bad.”
