KSI and Tommy Fury separated by security as rivals face off ahead of fight

KSI faced off with Tommy Fury after his knockout win against Joe Fournier and the rivals had to be separated by security.

YouTube boxer KSI picked up his second knockout win of the calendar year by controversially stopping Fournier at the Wembley Arena in London. KSI hurt Fournier in the second round with a big overhand right and closed the show just moments later, but instant replay of the finish showed that an illegal elbow was the fight-ending blow.

The knockout win was still awarded to KSI as Fournier was unable to get back to his feet after being knocked down. Fury was ringside to watch KSI's fight in the hopes of setting up a summer showdown against the YouTube boxer - and 'The Nightmare' called out Fury just moments after his knockout win.

Fury accepted KSI's challenge and got in the ring to face off with him, with KSI going on to say: "I wanna do this, do what Jake Paul couldn’t and knock you out. I want it this year, I’m hungry. I need it, you’re getting f***ed," KSI told Fury to which he replied: "All I can say is sign me up, easy money baby. You are going to sleep in four rounds. Gung-ho, no defence, no head movement, you’re getting knocked out.

KSI replied by telling his rival: "People always say 'KSI won't be able to do it, he won't be able to beat Jake or Logan Paul but I always prove them wrong'. Fury then fired back: "You didn't beat a pro boxer tonight, I'm the pro boxer. Jake Paul is already ticked off and you will be ticked off the list next, then Misfits is going to be over."

The pair then clashed heads and shoved each other before security had to stop tempers from boiling over. Fury, who holds a professional record of 9-0, handed KSI's bitter rival Jake Paul his first professional defeat in February. The Love Island star insisted he would return back to facing professional opponents after the fight, but backtracked on his decision in the hopes of facing KSI.

Paul is scheduled to take on UFC legend Nate Diaz on August 15 whilst a fight between KSI and Fury could also be set for the summer. KSI has remained hopeful of a UK meeting against Paul at the end of the year, but those plans could be scuppered as the two parties have been clashing over troubled negotiations in recent weeks.
