Kris Jenner mocked for 'cringe' and 'off-brand' Papa John's advert

Fans have laid into Kris Jenner for her latest product endorsement.

The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch, 67, shared a video of herself full of smiles as she showed off her latest "invention".

The product in question was a collaboration between Doritos and Papa John's named the Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia.

Taking full responsibility for the creation, Kris gushed: "My latest creation is finally here!!" in the perky promo video.

Wearing a neon pink two-piece suit with a black top underneath, the reality TV star beamed throughout as she showed off the product.

She continued: "Introducing MY Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia!!!" before explaining how she came up with the part-pizza, part-sandwich entree.

"I know a thing or two about creating a brand. And I’m here to tell you that this new amazingly delicious idea for the Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia was all mine."

Blowing her own trumpet, she mused: "I mean who else would come up with such a genius idea?"

Describing how initial thoughts, Kris claimed she was on a way to a business meeting with one of her clan when she passed a Papa John's restaurant while reaching for a bag of the popular crisp.

"I immediately stop the car, called my kids, and said, ‘Your mom just came up with the best idea ever.’ And here were are. I mean, look at this thing. Take it from me."

However fans weren't sold on the story and were quick to call out the Kar-Jenner momager.

One used jibed: "Kris I love you so much but I don’t see you eating Papa John’s or Doritos."

Another seemingly agreed, adding: "what is this story. kris have you ever eaten doritos in your life lmao."

A third added: "This is so cringe but I still love her," while a fourth labelled the link-up "off brand".

However, it wasn't all scepticism in the comments section, with many of her followers admitting it's a product they'd love to try.

One gushed: "Kris makes everything sound so appealing. I’ll buy it any day."

It's the latest in a long line of food collaborations with the famous family.

Previous link ups included Kourtney Kardashian 's promotion of plant-based chicken brand Daring last year.

Kim Kardashian was also mocked for her ad for Beyond Meat after she said it was "delicious" while appearing to not put the product anywhere near her mouth.
