Kris Jenner in 'crisis mode' as Kylie ‘may lose millions’ after Astroworld tragedy

Kris Jenner is said to have a 'crisis' on her hands amid concerns daughter Kylie could 'lose millions' after Travis Scott's tragic concert.

Eight people died while hundreds more suffered injuries when a crowd surged while the 29-year-old rapper performed on stage at the festival, which was held at the NRG Park in Houston on Friday night.

Kylie, who is expecting her second child with Travis boasts billionaire status thanks to her beauty empire, but now momager Kris is reportedly worried her business will be affected.

A source told The Sun the 24-year-old "more than anything wants to do right by the victims", but is at risk of losing her business partnerships and is "responsible for the livelihood of a lot of people".

They revealed: “Kris is in crisis mode and still figuring out how to handle this best.

"The longer [Kylie's] companies go without being active on social media or promotion, the more sales go down and the less they make from marketing.

“We're talking potentially millions of dollars in losses."

When contacted by The Sun Kylie's reps told them their information was "incorrect".

The Mirror has also contacted Kylie's reps for comment.

While Kris is yet to break her silence over the tragedy, Kylie has spoken out posting: "Travis and I are broken and devastated.

"My thoughts and prayers are with all who lost their lives, were injured or affected in anyway by yesterday’s events.

"And also for Travis who I know cares deeply for his fans and the Houston community."

The make-up mogul went on to address the fact she had been filming scenes of the disaster from the festival which she shared online – insisting she had no idea that people had died.

She wrote: "I want to make it clear we weren’t aware of any fatalities until the news came out after the show and in no world would have continued filming or performing."

Rapper Travis has also broken his silence saying:“I just want to send out prayers to the ones who were lost last night.

"We are working right now to identify their families so we can help assist them through this tough time.

"I could just never imaging the severity of the situation.”

“We’ve been working closely with everyone to just try to get to the bottom of this. The city of Houston, HPD fire department, everyone to help us figure this out.

"If you have any information, please just contact the local authorities.

“Everybody continue to just keep your prayers.

“I mean, I’m honestly just devastated and I could never imagine anything like this happening. I’m going to do everything I can to keep you guys updated. To keep you guys informed on what’s going on. I love you all.”
