Kris Jenner finally moves into $20m home next door to Khloe Kardashian's after delays

Kris Jenner has finally moved into her $20million mega-mansion in Los Angeles - that is situated next door to her middle child Khloe Kardashian's - after months of set backs and delays.

The 'Momager's' new pad is already surrounded by her fleet of luxury cars as she settles in while moving vans have also been spotted delivering her belongings to the 16,000 square foot property.

Nestled in the affluent neighbourhood of Hidden Hills, Kris' new home comes complete with a huge pool surrounded by manicured grounds.

Keeping the family close, Kris' farmhouse style home that comes with a garage big enough to house eight cars, is directly next door to daughter Khloe Kardashian's new mansion.

Kris's massive home also boasts an outdoor kitchen for summer entertaining and a stylish terrace above it.

The property is surrounded by large trees to give Kris privacy and directly outside her front door is a perfectly landscaped front garden.

Construction materials were spotted outside Khloe's driveway as the builders attended to the finishing touches.

The move came after Kris and daughter Khloe claimed they were conned by a cowboy builder who ran off with their money and deeds to their properties back in June.

Khloe told her sister Kendall on an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians: "We don't have houses currently.

"We ran a background check on him. He had a 35-page rap sheet. I told mom I was not comfortable using him. Mom wanted to still use him.

"We ended up firing him because he sucked and he was trying to steal from me and now he took our houses and they’ve been on a stand still."

During a confessional interview, Khloe went on: "A contractor left with our deeds, a lot of our money, and we’re not allowed to go onto our properties.

"So we can’t even have a contractor take over while we’re trying to get our deeds back or close escrow."

They revealed in April that Kris, 66 and Khloe, 37 were moving closer to Kim and Kylie and were building two homes in Hidden Hills.

Kris' home is the larger of the two, while Khloe's spans 10,000 square feet.

A frustrated Khloe claimed that they can't take the contractor to court due to Covid-19 and said they would need to mediate things first.

Later in the episode, Kris could be heard on the phone talking to her lawyer and saying she's "just so confused" by the situation.

"We're not talking about chump change here. It's gonna cost him a fortune to settle this," she said angrily.

Khloe jumped in during another confessional and said: "My mom and I are so over it. Enough is enough.

"And now we're gonna have to file a very strong lawsuit against this horrible human being because we either need our money back, or we need our f**king houses."
