Kris Boyd trolls Ryan Porteous Rangers penalty mistake with 'happy' Hibs interview reminder

Chuckling Kris Boyd couldn't resist a swipe at Hibs defender Ryan Porteous after his costly foul against Rangers.

He was adjudged to have fouled Ryan Kent in the box by referee John Beaton in the closing stages of the clash at Easter Road.

Kemar Roofe stepped up to send the champions seven points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership table.

It's revenge for the Rangers players less than two weeks after they were sent crashing out of the Premier Sports Cup at Hampden.

Following the semi-final win, Porteous echoed Steven Gerrard 's famous interview asking if he "looked happy" with the victory.

When looking back on footage of the penalty decision, Boyd said: "When Ryan Kent faces you up it can go either way.

"I think when you are right in front of the referee and you give him the opportunity to make that decision; when you look at Porteous there he doesn't look happy when it happens.

"For me there is enough. It's in the soft category but there is a penalty.

"And there we go (as the camera pans to Porteous), he certainly doesn't look happy with that one."
