Kourtney Kardashian sobbed and called her sister Khloe a "f***king b***h" in explosive new scenes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The mum-of-three has been fighting viciously with her sisters, including a physical altercation with Kim, 39, where they kicked and punched each other.
And in the latest shocking footage from the show, the stress appears to become too much for Kourtney, 40, and she broke down in tears.
Their argument begins with Khloe, 35, telling her sister: "If I don't give you what you want, you blow up and you're like, 'Oh, you're stupid' or 'you're disloyal'."
Kourtney asks: "When did I ever say you're stupid?"
Khloe replies: "I don't have the date and the time, but I know for a fact -"
"This isn't also gonna get us anywhere," interrupts Kourtney, arguing the pair of them were not helping.
Kim interjects: "Maybe it would be productive for Khloe."
Kourtney argues: "It's not fair that you get what you want and other people can't get a f***ing sincere apology."
Kourtney begins to cry as Khloe tells her she hurts her feelings.
"Stop being such a f***ing b***h," she says.
"Why would I want to talk to you?"
Khloe responds: "Why am I being a b***h? Because I am being honest with my words and saying, 'Why is our relationship so one-sided?'".
Sobbing, Kourtney gets up and leaves, and Kim begs her to stay.
Kourtney has been vocal about wanting to quit the show, and even told her sisters she felt "trapped".
Last week a fan asked her why didn't she quit the show after complaining that she didn't want to be on for it so long and Kourtney said she had actually left.
They said: "Kourtney just needs to quit the damn show! I'm over her not wanting to film."
"I did. Bye," Kourtney dryly responded.
