Kourtney Kardashian shared a strange picture of a vial of her boyfriend Travis Barker's blood onto her Instagram.
The Blink 182 rocker had shared a snap of a vial of his blood onto his Stories and his beau decided to repost it.
She added a black love heart emoji to it.
The test tube had his name and date of birth, 11.14.75, scribbled onto it
It wasn't clarified by either Kourtney or Travis where the vial of blood was from.
However, three years prior, the 45-year-old rocker had to seek medical treatment for a blood-clotting issue in his arms.
NME reported at the time that he was medically cleared to perform after having treatment for the clots.
His band had to cancel their Las Vegas residency in 2018 due to Travis' condition.
However, there has also been a trend with celebrity couples where they give each other blood to put into jewellery.
The most famous case of placing blood in a vial was with Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton.
When the Maleficent star was just 24, she eloped to Las Vegas with Billy Bob and they later appeared at a red carpet event wearing vials of each other's blood around their necks.
Since then, Megan Fox and her boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly have followed in their steps.
The rap and film stars have been going strong since striking up a romance last year, rumours beginning to swirl in May last year after Megan's split from husband Brian Austin Green.
Back in February, MGK - real name Colson Smith - posted his location on Instagram as My Bloody Valentine, a reference to the hit single, the video in which Megan starred.
And he shared a look at a pendant with an orb, which appeared to hold a drop of blood.
"I wear your blood around my neck," he captioned the snap.
The two have always professed their love for each other in a multitude of strange ways.
Megan said of their romance: "I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame. Instead of a soul mate, a twin flame is actually where a soul has ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time.
"So we're actually two halves of the same soul. And I said that to him almost immediately, because I felt it right away," she added.
