But the oldest Kardashian sister shut the pregnancy rumour down immediately with a feisty response.
She wrote: "This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it."
She added: "I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body."
The pregnancy rumours began to swirl after Kourtney shared a nude pregnancy throwback snap from a photoshoot she had years ago.
She sent fans into meltdown as her lifestyle website Poosh shared a photograph of her posed nude and clutching her blossoming baby bump.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian's star gave a sultry look to the camera as she recreated Demi Moore's infamous Vanity Fair cover shoot from 1991.
Kourtney's Instagram post immediately sparked a huge response from fans who began guessing if the provocative post was a pregnancy announcement.
However, eagle eyed fans clocked that the snap was actually a throwback pic of Kourtney to mark Mother's Day in the United States.
Kourtney revealed she celebrated the occasion with a delivery of sour dough bread and croissants.
She said "because I was conceived in a French castle".
While Kourtney has denied being pregnant for a fourth time, it's no secret Kourt was open to the idea of having another baby.
