Kourtney Kardashian fans convinced she'll name baby after iconic Disney character

There is already speculation about possible names that Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker could give their baby following their recent pregnancy announcement.

Kourtney, 44, announced that she's expecting a baby with her husband Travis, 47 - whom she married last year - whilst at a gig for his band Blink-182 in Los Angeles just days ago.

She shared the news by holding up a sign at the concert that read: "Travis I'm pregnant". Kourtney posted footage from the moment on social media shortly after it happened.

Fans have begun speculating about what the reality TV star and the drummer may name their unborn child, with a discussion sparked by someone's prediction on Twitter.

They wrote: "[She] is gonna name her baby something stupid [as] hell to go along with her weirdo new goth adjacent vibe. I predict Skull, or maybe Drumstick. It will be very very bad."

The tweet has amassed almost 50,000 likes on the platform since it was uploaded yesterday and some people responded by agreeing with the possible names in the post.

It prompted further speculation about possible names, with some suggestions - similarly to 'Drumstick' - seemingly related to Travis being a drummer in the band Blink-182.

Blink itself was mentioned by several people as a potential name that could inspire the pair. One person wrote: "Blink maybe". Another said: "What if they name the kid Blink".

Responding to that, another person said: "That was my vote too! Omg I truly think it will be". It was mentioned by others in the thread speculating about possible names.

Other names mentioned by a few people included Snare, Bass and Cash. "It's gonna be Snare," wrote one. Whilst another wrote: "She gone name the baby Bass or Snare".

"Cash is a decent guess," said another person in the thread. Whilst one commented: "My money is on 'Bass'." Sharing their prediction, another person said: "'Cash' is my bet."

Other suggestions included Harley, Styx, Axel, Riot, Cobain and Kravis. It's also been suggested that the couple's baby could be called Minnie or Mickey, seemingly in reference to Kourtney's love of Disney.

Responding to the initial tweet, one person wrote: "Her first two kids have fairly normal names so I'm not sure about that. I could see her doing Minnie or Mickey which are real names."

There was similar speculation on Reddit following the tweet, with some of the same names referenced. This included one person who wrote: "Minnie/Mickey. Mark my words".

Some suggested however that Kourtney and her husband may decide to call their baby Elvis, with Travis having reportedly suggested in 2021 that they would name any future son Elvis.

The name has ties to the film True Romance (1993), which the couple are believed to be fans of, and they had an Elvis Presley impersonator at their wedding.

"They mentioned at one time if it was a boy they'd name him 'Elvis'," tweeted one person. Another said: "Either Elvis or [True Romance lead character's name] Clarence for sure." "They love true romance so would not be surprised by this," said another.

Another person suggested their baby may be called Robert Randy Barker, after the couple's fathers, or Gloria Louise Barker, after Travis' mother and a True Romance character.

Some fans seemed keen for the couple to name their baby Raven. One person reacted to that possibility: "Honestly I love Raven." Another agreed and said: "Me too."
