A North West digital marketing agency has announced it will "never go back to the old stale nine to six model" - and that it is adopting a "24/7 work where you want, how you want" model for staff after a big office move.
Kolodo, which was originally founded in Cheshire before moving to Liverpool's Royal Albert Dock, has returned to its roots following a period of reflection caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
MD Josh Diamond said the disruption demonstrated "a company’s worth must be measured by its abilities and wellbeing, not simply its business address".
As a result, the company has decided to move to a new barn conversion at Town House Farm in Tarporley.
Mr Diamond said: “Kolodo has been keen to take on board all the learnings of the last year in terms of how flexible a company working environment can, and should be, for both employees and clients.
"Wellbeing is everything and a team that is energised by its environment, is at its most creative and innovative. Kolodo is thriving because we have an engaged team.
"We love being back in Cheshire because this beautiful, prosperous county thrives on success and positivity and that is infectious."
The new Cheshire premises includes "airy space" for safe meeting, hot desking for colleagues, and welcome areas for clients.
The company said the new 24/7 ‘work where you want, how you want’ model will suit its creativity and employee wellbeing, also meaning there is always a team member on hand for clients.
The firm, founded in 2016, will move to the new premises on May 1 - but said it will still retain a presence in Liverpool.
