Kobe Bryant comforted victims and helped direct traffic after witnessing a horror car crash just weeks before his tragic death.
The NBA legend and his teenager daughter Gianna were among nine people killed after his helicopter crashed in California on Sunday.
Fans around the world were heartbroken by the news, with many sharing their favourite stories about the basketball legend as they came to terms with the heartbreaking news.
One of the clips which has been widely circulated shows Kobe helping in the aftermath of a terrible car crash near his Newport Beach home.
Dressed in a pink tracksuit, he can be seen walking around the wreckage and speaking to people until the emergency services arrived.

Debris from a number of cars can be seen all over the road.
A bystander can be overheard saying: "That's Kobe Bryant in the pink over the top of that silver car. That's his Range with the blinkers on."
One version of the video has been liked almost half a million times on Twitter, and many people are sharing other kind stories in the comments section.
One wrote: "He and his wife are angels. My husband used to work at a store they came into often and they both were always SO nice to my husband & polite, respectful and would make conversation with him."

Another added: "Learning more and more about what a truly exceptional human being he was in addition to being one of the greatest athletes and competitors of all time. We truly lost a one in a lifetime human being and his beloved daughter and their friends and pilot."
A third replied: "This makes me think of all the times people in the neighborhood would say, 'I saw Kobe at Costco! I saw Kobe at Fashion Island!' He was just a regular guy. I regular nice guy! (nothing regular about him, one of a kind!)"
Photos of Kobe coaching his daughter at the Mamba Cup Tournament just 24 hours before their tragic death are also being widely shared online.
The group were believed to be heading to Mamba Academy in Newbury Park for the second day of the tournament when the helicopter crashed.
Haunting images have emerged of Bryant giving tips to the girls' AAU team from the sidelines as he passed on his words of wisdom to the next generation.

Bryant had previously admitted his daughter's interest in basketball had led to him reconnecting with the sport.
“We just had so much fun because it was the first time I was seeing the game through her eyes,” Bryant said.
“It wasn’t me sitting there as an athlete or a player or something like that. … It was her — she was having such a good time.”
