Kobe Bryant death: Tributes pour in for basketball star and daughter, 13, as more victims named and cause of crash investigated

Kobe Bryant has died in a helicopter crash in California with his daughter Gianna and seven others.

The 41-year-old retired NBA star had been flying near Calabasas with college baseball coach John Altobelli and his wife and daughter who also died. The other victims have not yet been identified.

Authorities in Los Angeles County said it could take several days to recover the bodies from the crash site as the helicopter went down in rough terrain.

Tributes have been pouring in from fans and friends of the former LA Lakers player as America mourns his death.
