Kobe Bryant death: Investigation continues into helicopter crash as first bodies are recovered

An investigation continues today into the helicopter crash that killed NBA legend Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna and seven others.

The chopper came down on a hillside in Calabasas, California at around 10am on Sunday local time.

The world has been left in shock by the death of Bryant, who was 41, with his LA Lakers teammate LeBron James the latest to pay an emotional tribute.

A probe is now under way to determine the cause of the crash. Three bodies have been recovered from the crash site so far.
