Police Scotland are appealing for information after an assault and robbery in Stevenston, North Ayrshire.
A 41-year-old man was threatened with a bladed weapon in the Muir Drive area around 12:30pm on Friday 21 May.
The three suspects, two male and one female, then stole some cash from the victim following the assault.
The first male suspect has been described as being in his late 20s, around 5ft 9in tall, of a slim build with short dark hair and a tanned complexion.
He was wearing a red tracksuit at the time of the incident.
The second man is thought to be 5ft 5in tall, also in his late 20s with short brown hair. He was wearing a green baseball cap.
The female suspect has been described as in her early 30s, around 5ft 2in tall, of a slim build with dirty brown hair in a ponytail.
She was wearing a white bubble jacket and skinny white jeans.
Detective Constable Lee Duncan, of Saltcoats CID, said: “This man was attacked in broad daylight on his way home and has suffered injuries as a result of the incident.
“We are carrying out enquiries in the area and continue to appeal to anyone who was around Muir Drive on Friday afternoon.
“I am particularly keen for a female who stopped and spoke with one of the suspects around the time of incident to contact police.
“I would also appeal to anyone who may have dashcam or home security footage that could assist with our investigation.
