A cabbie drove himself to hospital with an eightinch knife stuck in his head after two teenage passengers attacked him.
Javed Ali, 26, spent four days in hospital after the weapon - which narrowly failed to penetrate his skull - was removed.
He was assaulted when he refused to take the youths 20 miles to a party without being paid £55 up front.
A youth, 16, admitted wounding. Jamie Allen, 18, of Hereford, was convicted at Worcester Crown Court of a similar offence. Both will be sentenced later.
