Knicks fans had the saddest reactions to missing out on Zion Williamson

The New York Knicks lost a lot of games. Their fans prayed. They suffered through losing season after losing season — all in the hope that Zion Williamson would end up in blue and orange.

That hope was crushed.

Tuesday’s NBA Draft lottery was an event in itself for Knicks fans as New York watch parties were packed to take in the potentially historic night. And the odds shaped up nicely in the Knicks’ favor. When the Lakers, Pelicans and Grizzlies all jumped into the top 4, the Knicks were the only team with a double-digit chance at the top pick.

But a draft lottery can be so cruel. Knicks fans celebrated to see the Lakers get the No. 4 pick and then had their hearts ripped out seconds later. (NSFW language)
