Klutch Sports guard Eric Bledsoe signs $70 million extension with Bucks

Although it was a pretty horrible weekend for LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers, it was a great one for Klutch Sports. And Monday made that official as the Milwaukee Bucks announced a four-year extension for point guard Eric Bledsoe.

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the extension for Bledsoe is worth $70 million. While that number may not jump out in comparison to other elite guards, such as Memphis’ Mike Conley or Portland’s Damian Lillard, the extension does represent a raise for Bledsoe.

Bledsoe’s agent, Rich Paul of Klutch Sports, negotiated a 5-year, $70 million contract for his client back in 2014. So, Bledsoe is getting the same amount of money but does so with one year less on his deal.

Also, lets not forget that the deal allows Bledsoe to remain a part of the NBA’s best team. So despite a few weeks of bad press for Klutch during the Anthony Davis fiasco, their influence continues to grow within in the NBA.
