Klopp made the promise after his side won 3-1 at Brighton on Wednesday night to move to 92 points after 34 games.
Three wins from their final four fixtures will enable them to break Manchester City's record of 100 points from two seasons ago.
"We are champions and it could be softening,” said Klopp. “But it is not. The boys go with everything.”
Goals from Mohamed Salah and skipper Jordan Henderson put Liverpool in control at the American Express Community Stadium within the first 10 minutes.
Though Leandro Trossard halved the deficit on the stroke of half time, Salah added his second in the second-half.
Match-up
"We tried to play,” said Brighton coach Graham Potter. “The decision making could be better but the players showed personality to claw their way back into the game. We went toe-to-toe with the champions and there were lots of positive performances for us.”
Brighton’s bid to remain in the Premier League was assisted by a defeat on Wednesday night for West Ham United at home to Burnley.
Fellow strugglers Bournemouth and Aston Villa face difficult opponents on Thursday night.
Bournemouth entertain Tottenham Hotspur while Villa host Manchester United who are chasing one of the berths leading to next season’s Champions League.
Liverpool, as champions, have already secured a spot in the group stages of that competition.
But, weighing up his side’s upcoming adversaries, Klopp said: “When I think about the next four opponents, I can’t think we will have another 12 points.
"Burnley are a results machine - I have so much admiration for them. Then we play Arsenal in a really good moment and Chelsea in a really good moment.”
