KLA Corporation's Q4 2025 Earnings: What to Expect

With a market cap of $122.3 billion, KLA Corporation (KLAC) is a leading original equipment manufacturer (OEM) that specializes in process diagnostics, control, and yield management solutions for the semiconductor and electronics industries. With a broad portfolio spanning wafer and reticle inspection, metrology, and process-enabling technologies, KLA plays a critical role in advancing chip production and performance.

The Milpitas, California-based company is slated to announce its fiscal Q4 2025 earnings results on Wednesday, Jul. 23. Ahead of this event, analysts expect KLAC to report an adjusted EPS of $8.53, a 29.2% increase from $6.60 in the year-ago quarter. It has exceeded Wall Street's earnings expectations in the past four quarters.

Shares of KLA Corporation have gained 8.4% over the past 52 weeks, lagging behind the broader S&P 500 Index's ($SPX13.4% return and the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund's (XLK10.7% rise over the same period.

KLA released Q3 2025 results on Apr. 30. The company reported revenue of $3.1 billion and adjusted EPS of $8.41, both exceeding analyst expectations. Additionally, the company forecasted Q4 revenue of $3.1 billion (±$150 million) and adjusted EPS of $8.53 (±$0.78), both of which are above Wall Street estimates. Strong demand from key customers, such as TSMC, particularly for advanced chipmaking tools used in AI and high-bandwidth memory, further boosted investor confidence. However, shares of KLA fell 3.8% the next day.

Analysts' consensus view on KLA Corporation stock remains cautiously optimistic, with an overall “Moderate Buy” rating. Out of 25 analysts covering the stock, 10 recommend a "Strong Buy," three "Moderate Buys," and 12 "Holds." As of writing, KLAC is trading above the average analyst price target of $814.62.
