Lady Kitty Spencer dropped hints that she and tycoon husband Michael Lewis could start a family after their spectacular wedding.
Princess Diana’s niece and the 62-year-old tied the knot in Rome in a 17th-century Italian castle on Saturday.
He reportedly popped the question with a rose-cut diamond ring estimated to be worth £300,000 over Christmas in Cape Town.
The stunning ceremony may not be the only thing they celebrate in the next few years.
Before the big day, Kitty opened up about the prospect of becoming a mother.
Michael, who is is five years older than Kitty’s father, Earl Spencer, already has three grown-up children with his first wife Leola.
"I can see myself having children at some point," she told the Daily Mail late last year.
"But I’m only in my 20s. I do have friends my age who are having children, and they are so, so, sweet, but I think everyone should do things in their own time."
She added: "I just look forward to a really happy home life: a happy marriage and happy children - and I feel very at peace that things play out the way they should."
It was only in May 2019 that Kitty and Michael went public with their relationship, after being spotted together in New York.

The couple married in front of family and friends, including singer Pixie Lott and boyfriend Oliver Cheshire, Elon Musk’s model mother Maye and Idris Elba’s wife Sabrina.
On Thursday Kitty spoke for the first time since the wedding via Instagram to pay tribute to her half-brothers.
She said: "The proudest moment of my life, without a doubt, was having my brothers walk me down the aisle.
"Thank you to our family and friends for the most unforgettable weekend filled with more love and laughter and happiness than I have ever known.

"It still feels like a dream."
Her dad Earl Spencer missed the event - and nothing official has been said about why he did not attend his daughter's wedding.
An insider claimed the Earl may have skipped his daughter's big day due to a shoulder-related injury.
Diana's brother recently said he has a 'painful and unpleasant' shoulder injury, which was affecting his freedom of movement but it is not known the reason he was not present.
The source told the Mail Online: "Charles recently suffered an injury and perhaps that will be the reason for him not travelling, but it is just easier for everyone that he is not there."
