Kirstie Allsopp woke up in Edinburgh this morning for filming.
Kirstie and Phil Spencer have been busy filming around the UK for Channel 4's Love it or List it and Location, Location, Location.
And it appears Edinburgh will be featured on the next series of Love It or List It.
The property duo have been visitors to Edinburgh for where they showcased the high housing prices to the nation.
Kirstie took to social media to share her view from the Balmoral Hotel with her fans.

Kirstie and Phil will likely be helping an Edinburgh homeowner decide whether to sell or love their home after Kirstie draws up plans to renovate.
In the series, Phil plays devil's advocates and shows a family what else is on the market.
Earlier this year, an Edinburgh cemetery was spotted on Love It or List It.
Aired in January, Gary and Bill from Portobello, were unsure whether to sell their 19th-century four-bed home or renovate instead.
It was a quirky home in the grounds of a spooky cemetery but while Bill loved the uniqueness, Gary hated it and wanted to up and move elsewhere to settle down.
The couple had lived in the Milton Road property for fifteen years and with hope of getting out of the capital, they gave Phil a budget of £500,000.
He showed them houses in Seton Mains in East Lothian, Howgate and further afield in Berwick-upon-Tweed.
While they were house hunting, Kirstie didn't waste time with a £60,000 budget to completely do-over the interior of the Porty house, creating a new living room space and pantry.
