Recently, college football analyst and former Ohio State quarterback Kirk Herbstreit announced his top four teams after week 4 of college football. Herbstreit knows there’s a lot of football left to be played, but he snubbed Georgia from his top four.
Georgia has arguably the best win college football so far with their 23-17 defeat of Notre Dame tonight. LSU could make an argument their with at Texas was more impressive. Alabama and Ohio State have yet to face elite competition.
Georgia didn’t dominate like the media expected, but a win is a win. It’s still several weeks before the college football playoff rankings are released.
