Kirk Cousins remains in top-10 of QB rankings

Earlier on Thursday, Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Month for his work in October.

Along with that, Cousins ranks 10th in NFL.com’s Week 9 quarterback rankings.

Here’s a snippet of what was written about Cousins:

Cousins put one more game between himself and The Bad Times of Weeks 1-4, completing a season-high 88.5 percent of his passes against the Redskins; that’s the best completion percentage of any quarterback this season who attempted 12 or more passes in a game. He couldn’t get in the end zone — but Dalvin Cook could! Cousins didn’t dominate, but he was good, good enough to help Cook shine and, well, to not be bad for a fourth consecutive game.

To round out the NFC North, Aaron Rodgers is tied for first, Matthew Stafford is sixth and Mitchell Trubisky ranks 30th.

On the season, Cousins has thrown for 1,997 yards, 13 touchdowns and three interceptions.
