Despite football being shelved due to the coronavirus pandemic, management at Kinnoull remain keen to build for the future.
And the East of Scotland League Conference B side have this week tied two of their key players down on longer contracts.
Pat Brown and Ben Ragan have both put pen to paper on new two-and-a-half year contracts, keeping them at Tulloch Park until the summer of 2023.
It was an easy decision for midfielder Brown to extend his stay.
He said: “We have a really talented squad who want to be successful at the club and the atmosphere within the dressing room is brilliant.
“With both the talent and team spirit that we have, it is a really exciting time to be part of this squad.
“It is also really promising to see the hard work that the committee and coaching staff continue to do in order to help the club progress to the next level.”
Ragan said: “I’ve signed on because I’m very happy at Kinnoull, being here since I was 16. But also because of all the hard work that has been put in from the management and the committee to get the club to where it is.
“I’m excited to kick on and get back to playing. We have a talented squad that can help the club get to the next level.”
