
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz received in Jeddah on Monday Minister of Media Turki al-Shabanah and heads of media authorities and agencies, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
He also received at the al-Salam Palace the editors-in-chief of several newspapers.
He underlined to his guests the importance of the media in highlighting Saudi Arabia as the home of the Two Holy Mosques.
It also helps in highlighting the services the Kingdom offers to Umrah worshippers and annual Hajj pilgrims.
King Salman underscored the need to exert more efforts to highlight even further Saudi Arabia’s constructive contributions in various fields to the entire world.
Later on Monday, King Salman issued a royal order, appointing 17 judges at the Board of Grievances.
President of the Court of Grievances Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yousef expressed his gratitude to the King for his continued support for the judiciary.
