
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz stressed on Monday that Saudi Arabia’s national day “cements the Kingdom’s standing among the nations.”
In a tweet, he said: “The day marks our pride in our history… and we look forward to a prosperous future.”
“We thank God for blessing our country in serving the Two Holy Mosques … and ask him to preserve this country and give it lasting security and stability,” he added.
Saudi Arabia celebrated its 89th national day on Monday.
Several global leaders sent messages of congratulations to King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, on the occasion.
