Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz ordered that 1.9 billion riyals be allotted to social security beneficiaries during the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmed al-Rajhi thanked King Salman for his generous gesture, saying it reflects his keenness on the wellbeing of families that benefit from social security services.
The sum will help families during Ramadan, meet their essential needs and improve their living conditions, he remarked.
