King's coronation concert key moments: Duchess Sophie dancing, Princess Charlotte waves her arms, no Prince Louis

A two-hour-long concert at Windsor Castle dedicated to King Charles saw the royals let loose after a big weekend of formalities.

From a dancing Duchess to some fun for the family's youngest members, here's what happened.

Duchess of Edinburgh dances all night long

The Duchess of Edinburgh, Sophie got her groove on as Lionel Richie performed All Night Long.

Sophie appeared to be quite the fan as she sang along to the lyrics.

However, she wasn't the only royal family member to have a boogie though, even King Charles himself joined in the festivities at one point in the show.

Prince William's message to 'Pa'

Prince William took the stage with a speech for King Charles.

"Pa, we are all so proud of you," he said.

"And I also want to express my pride and gratitude for the millions of people who serve in the forces, in classrooms, hospital wards and local communities."

He also used the speech to highlight a "simple message" of his father's service to the UK and Commonwealth.

"As my grandmother said, when she was crowned, coronations are a declaration of our hopes for the future," Prince WIlliam said.

"And I know she's up there fondly keeping an eye on us. And she'll be a very proud mother.”

Prince Harry didn't attend the coronation concert, instead flying home to Los Angeles for his son Archie's fourth birthday.

Princess Charlotte waved her arms as the performances rolled on through the show.

The eight-year-old waved a Union Jack flag with her brother, Prince George, as did many in the large crowd.

However, their youngest sibling, Prince Louis, who is five, was left out of the celebrations.

Tom Cruise tells King Charles 'you can be my wingman'

Tom Cruise asked the King to be his wingman during a pre-recorded segment which played before Lionel Richie performed on stage.

The video also had appearances from James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan and adventurer Bear Grylls.

A lion appeared in the sky while Katy Perry sang Roar as a part of a drone light display during the concert.

Displays of rabbits, whales, butterflies and song lyrics lit up the sky at various stages throughout the performances.

King Charles 'the artist formally known as Prince'

Actor Hugh Bonneville opened the show with an introduction to King Charles, who he referred to as "the artist formally known as Prince".

The King has a chuckle with Queen Consort Camilla at the joke.
