Leeds United fans have hailed the impact of Pablo Hernandez yet again after he came off the bench to grab a late winner at Swansea City to put them on the brink of a return to the Premier League.
The Whites' latest victory extends their lead at the top of the Championship table to three points after West Brom drew 1-1 with Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
The draw also prevents Brentford moving closer in third place, with six points separating the two clubs, with West Brom only three points clear of the Bees and with a far inferior goal difference.
It means Leeds can seal promotion on Thursday night against Barnsley if Brentford don't win on Wednesday night at home to Preston North End.
