King George’s Medical University tops in Oxygen capacity in country

LUCKNOW: King George’s Medical University (KGMU) became the medical Institute with the highest medical oxygen storage capacity in the country with the addition of a 20,000 litres liquid Oxygen gas plant on Wednesday.

KGMU authorities claim that with a new Oxygen gas plant established at Queen Mary’s Hospital, has capacity to store 1.3 lakh litres of medical oxygen in seven plants which is highest in India.The new plant was inaugurated by VC Lt Gen (retd) prof Bipin Puri.
