A van driver who died following a crash has been described today as the 'kindest man you'll ever meet'.
Anthony Murphy, 64, from Runcorn died on Wednesday, September 29, after his Ford Transit Connect was involved in a crash with a Mercedes Sprinter box van.
His heartbroken family and children have now paid tribute to him and spoke of how he 'never wasted a moment'.

The crash happened at around 3.14pm on Lymm Road, Agden. The driver of the box van suffered minor injuries.
Following his death, Anthony's family said they have received an 'outpour' of tributes from people whose lives he had touched.
In their tribute, shared with Cheshire police, they said: "The kindest and most generous Man you will ever meet."
The added: "As anyone who ever met him will tell you, he really was larger than life in every sense.
"As a family we are devastated and heartbroken, and the outpour from the many, many people whose lives he touched has been incredible. He was a true legend.
"In the words of our Dad - ‘A day without laughter is a day wasted’ and he truly never wasted a moment.’"
Police are investigating and have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
Sargent Andy Dennison said: "We are currently investigating the circumstances of the collision and would appeal to anyone who witnessed it and has not yet spoken to police to contact us.
"If you have dashcam footage I would also ask you to contact us."
