Kim Woodburn stunned fans today as she posted an unrecognisable throwback shot.
Kim, 77, used to model for Littlewoods in Liverpool during her younger years and the snap she posted on Instagram is believed to originate from around that time.
She became a household name with "How Clean is your House" but more recently grabbed headlines for her time on Celebrity Big Brother and her famous Loose Women spat with Coleen Nolan.
In the picture Kim looks her usual glamorous self - with her hair tied back in a low pony, stylish drop earrings and a one-armed jumper.

Captioning the picture Kim said: " #throwbackthursday I actually knitted this jumper myself! I used to have my own knitwear company before I became a cleaner!"
And fans were quick to comment, saying how amazing Kim looked.
