Kim Woodburn made her final appearance on TV last night.
The How Clean Is Your House and CBB star died at the age of 83 following a short illness in June.
Last night, Kim starred in an episode of Supermarket Own Brands: The Big Taste Test, which was filmed over a year ago, alongside presenter Mason McLaughlin and Cillit Bang advert actor Neil Burgess.
The trio tested supermarkets own brand products against pricier branded products, and gave their opinions.
One fan wrote on X: “Tuned in watching our Kim Woodburn on Channel 5 - A true icon!”
Another added: “I’ve always liked Kim Woodburn. She has a keen sense of smell for bull**** and spoke plainly. She was a one off.”
The show’s presenter Mason McLaughlin had recently shared a pic with Kim and two others taking part in the show.
“Next Tuesday 9th September 7pm tune in to channel5_tv with myself and I was lucky to film with @kimwoodburn we will be testing branded products vs supermarket branded products,” he wrote.
Following her passing in June, a representative for Woodburn told media: “It is with immense sadness that we let you know our beloved Kim Woodburn passed away yesterday following a short illness.
“Kim was an incredibly kind, caring, charismatic and strong person.
“Her husband Peter is heartbroken at the loss of his soulmate. We are so proud of the amazing things Kim achieved in her life and career.”
A household name thanks to her straight-talking style, Woodburn became a cult figure in British entertainment, later appearing on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! in 2009, Celebrity Big Brother in 2017, and making frequent guest spots on daytime shows including This Morning and Loose Women.
Woodburn had recently pulled back from public engagements due to ill health, cancelling personal video messages on cameo to fans and confirming in a post: “No more videos for now, my loves, I need to get better!”
Her final video message was shared on Valentine’s Day.
In 2002, while based in Kent and working as a £1,000-a-month housekeeper, she was scouted by Channel 4 for her “funny temperament” and paired with Aggie MacKenzie for How Clean is Your House?, which ran for six series.
Following her success on the cleaning series, she became a familiar face across reality TV.
She was runner-up on I’m A Celebrity and placed third during her memorable stint on Celebrity Big Brother, where her fiery exchanges gained widespread attention. She also took part in Celebrity Come Dine With Me and regularly featured on Big Brother’s Bit on the Side.
