Kim Kardashian using exercise to 'clear her mind' amid divorce from Kanye West

Kim Kardashian is working out in a bid to 'clear her mind' after filing for divorce from husband Kanye West.

Taking to Instagram, Kim shared a series of short videos giving fans an insight into her morning exercise session with trainer Melissa Alcantara.

In the first video, Kim appeared to be jogging on a treadmill which she captioned "morning jog to clear my mind".

Next followed muted videos of Melissa talking which Kim captioned "@fitgurlmel dropping some gems this morning. Is this therapy or a workout? Or both?"

She continued to tease fans who were left unable to hear Melissa due to Kim muting the videos.

Kim revealed earlier this year she was aiming for two daily workouts and had switched to a plant-based diet.

Last month, Kim filled for divorce from Kanye West after seven years of marriage.

Kim tied the knot with the Grammy award-winning rapper in a lavish ceremony in Italy back in 2014.

The pair then went on to welcome four children together; daughter North, seven, son Saint, five, daughter Chicago, two, and one-year-old son Psalm.

Kim is said to be asking for joint legal and physical custody of the children, and according to TMZ, Kanye is happy with the arrangement, and they are both committed to co-parenting together.

It's also reported that neither party is contesting the prenup and that the former couple are already far along in reaching a property settlement agreement.

Their divorce comes after reports that the estranged couple have been living separate lives for months.
