Kim Kardashian has been keeping active during the lockdown and working out every morning before 7an with the help of her personal trainer.
Although the majority of the intense morning workout sessions have been via Facetime, the celebrity trainer has also reportedly made visits to Kim's home but they remained at a distance at all times.
The 39-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star recently shared her workout regime on social media as she was put through her paces by trainer Melissa Alcantara.
According to the social media posts, Kim began with 20-minutes of straight walking lunges.
She then takes on bicep curls, ab crunches and dumbbell exercises during her very early daily routine.
Kim shared an image of the weights she was using during the intense early morning exercise.

Melissa then re-posted the shot with information about each specific exercise that Kim was doing.
The reality star shares a close friendship with her personal trainer, whose help she enlisted back in 2017.
Since then, the duo have regularly committed to keeping Kim in shape and maintaining her world famous hourglass figure with a series of personal training sessions.
Kim also recently promoted Melissa's new book on social media and urged her fans to check the fitness book out.
The Skims creator even added a foreword to the new fitness manual.
"She has been here at my house every morning at 5:45 am ready for workouts," Kim said.
"This book gives you a while workout plan, a whole calendar, with food options and her whole story on where she got to now and I am so proud of her. I cannot wait to read this and for you guys to read it, go get it."
