Kim Kardashian stuns at All’s Fair London premiere as she reveals stress-related brain aneurysm

Kim Kardashian made a striking appearance in London on Wednesday night as she attended the UK premiere of her new Disney+ series All’s Fair.

The 45-year-old reality star, who celebrated her birthday this week, walked the carpet in a form-fitting Dilara Findikoglu gown — the same design first worn by Naomi Campbell at London Fashion Week.

Kardashian, who is both executive producer and lead actor in the Ryan Murphy legal drama, plays high-profile divorce attorney Allura Grant.

All’s Fair follows a group of female lawyers who quit their firm to launch their own practice, with Kardashian taking on her first major scripted TV role.

The series is created by Ryan Murphy, known for American Horror Story and Feud.

She was joined at the premiere by her mother Kris Jenner, who also executive produced the series, as well as co-stars Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash-Betts, Sarah Paulson and Teyana Taylor. Glenn Close, who also stars in the series, was absent due to work commitments.

Speaking to the audience before the screening at the Odeon in Leicester Square, Kardashian explained why she signed on to the show before even reading a script.

“I signed on before there was a script and I think that was the faith and the trust that we have in Ryan Murphy and he was the reason why we wanted to do the show,” she shared alongside her co-stars and presenter Vogue Williams.

“He called and said he had this amazing idea about a legal drama and I just wanted to make sure that it was juicy and fun and not a boring legal drama so once I knew it was like, Ryan Murphy, I was like ‘no it would never be [boring]. This is going to be juicy.’ So, I signed on because of him.”

After the screening, Kardashian continued her birthday celebrations at a private party hosted by photographer Mert Alas.

Guests included designer John Galliano, Emma Weymouth, Kate Moss, FKA Twigs, Stella Maxwell, Isla Fisher and her All’s Fair castmates.

Her London appearance comes as she revealed doctors discovered a small brain aneurysm during a routine MRI — and linked it to stress from her divorce from Kanye West.

In the season seven premiere of The Kardashians, the mother-of-four was visibly emotional as she shared that the condition, which involves a bulge in a blood vessel, could be monitored but was “stress-related”.

After getting her MRI, a tearful Kardashian was shown speaking on the phone and asking: “Why the f**k is this happening?”

Another clip showed her getting out of the MRI machine as she spoke about her stressful divorce from ex-husband West, 48, with whom she shares her four kids.

Kardashian has spoken openly about her health over the years, including living with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.

In 2022, she revealed that the weight loss she undertook to wear Marilyn Monroe’s Met Gala gown triggered a flare-up.

She has also previously discussed suffering placenta accreta during the births of her children North and Saint.
