Kim Kardashian left her fans fearing she had removed her ribs in her latest Instagram offering.
The Kardashian, 39, uploaded a film of herself twirling her microscopic waist for the cameras while she modelled a skintight corset on Tuesday.
Her eye-popping video was from a trip to London last year when she had corset fittings before her stunning appearance at the Met Ball.
Concerns for Kim being unable to breathe or having had her ribs removed to achieve the look flooded the post within the hour she uploaded the clip.
Among the fans, one wrote: "Can u breathe." (sic)
In the video, Kim strapped herself into a skintight strapless corset in a nude colour.
All eyes were on her hourglass figure as she tossed her raven locks behind her back.
Kim has hunkered down with her husband Kanye West and their four children - Saint, North, Chicago and Psalm - at their sprawling home.
But it appeared the reality star was missing the fittings ahead of her busy glamorous showbiz events.
She wrote: "Just found this in my phone from my special trip to London last year to meet w Mr. Pearl.
"I wore a corset like this for the Met Ball for my @manfredthierrymugler Camp look but the corset was misplaced that night and I want it so badly preserved for my archive that I flew to London to have another made for the archive.
"We also might have started making a few more looks including my special 40th bday look. Can’t wait to show you the LOOKSSSS we’ve been cooking up."
Many followers expressed their fears in open messages to Kim.
