Kim Kardashian shows off 'smaller bum' in tight trousers amid filler removal claims

Kim Kardashian has broken cover and been pictured out and about for the first time since she was hit with reports suggesting she's had bum fillers removed.

The reality TV star, 40, has long denied ever going under the knife to have her rear surgically enhanced.

However, a picture which emerged online this week sparked speculation about whether her famous bum had shrunk.

Now Kim has been spotted out in California with her much-debated behind clad in a tight air of blue trousers.

She was spotted walking through a car park after pulling up in her swanky Lamborghini.

The outing comes shortly after the bum speculation began when she posted a picture of herself wearing leggings and a sports bra while cuddling her youngest son Psalm.

Fans were convinced her famous behind looked smaller than usual in the snaps.

One wrote: "I swear her bum looks so different," and second asked: "Did you shrink your bottom?"

"What happened to her booty?" a third quizzed.

Meanwhile, a London-based plastic surgeon - Mark Ho-Asjoe - offered OK! magazine his opinion on the head-turning snap.

Mark said: "The main difference with Kim's bottom is the emptiness at the top compared to photos of her before. Something has been removed."

He added: "Either she has had butt implants taken out or she has had filler dissolved or liposuction to reduce the size of her bottom.

Kim has yet to comment on the reports but she previously denied having implants to boost her bum.

She said: "I’m seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt implants-injections. Get a life!

“Anyone who has had a baby knows how hard it is to lose weight (especially the last bit of weight) & your body totally changes!”

Kim is a mum to four kids with her estranged husband Kanye West.
