Kim Kardashian has shared the advice Pete Davidson gave her at the Met Gala last year, ahead of her Saturday Night Live hosting gig.
The 41-year-old reality star has been filming the new Hulu series The Kardashians alongside the Kardashian-Jenner clan and the premiere episode sees the Skims founder in the nervous lead-up to her Saturday Night Live debut.
The mum-of-four and the 28-year-old comedian began dating after working together during her stint on SNL.
Although Kim has now been dating comedian Pete for several months, the first episode of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians follow-up show sees Kim mention her beau before their relationship began.
Kim details how the pair, who made their red carpet debut as they attended The Kardashians premiere last week, ran into one another at the glitzy Met Gala last September.
As the nerves of hosting begin to get to the beauty mogul, she asks her team why she agreed to take on the presenting duties of the skit show.
Kim tells the Hulu cameras: “There's certain things in preparation that people are telling me to do that are making me way more nervous.”
Kim then continues: “I ran into Pete Davidson at the Met and I was like, ‘I'm so scared, I don't know what I signed up for’.
“He was like, ‘Can you read cue cards? You're good’. And I was like, 'I can read',” she laughed.
Kim’s boyfriend Pete reportedly won't be making an appearance on her family's new reality show until the second series.
During an appearance on Good Morning America, host Robin Roberts asked family matriarch Kris Jenner, 66, about Kim’s new love life and she gushed: “Pete’s great. Pete’s great.”
Meanwhile, 37-year-old Khloe Kardashian praised Pete for bringing laughter back into Kim’s life following her bitter split from estranged husband Kanye West.
Kim also spoke warmly about her new love life when asked how serious the relationship with the SNL comedian is.
Kim replied: “I mean, I am a, like, relationship kind of girl, for sure. And I wouldn’t be with someone if I didn’t plan on spending a lot of my time with them.
“Obviously I wanna take my time, but I’m very happy and very content. And it’s such a good feeling just to be at peace.”
The Kardashians will be available to stream on Hulu from April 14.
