Kim Kardashian shares biggest lesson Kanye West taught her as she supports his new album

Kim Kardashian may have filed for divorce from hubby Kanye West in February but she's seemingly still his biggest fan.

The reality star, 40, has been constant in her support for the singer as he prepares to release his new album Donda.

The SKIMS founder attended the Gold Digger rapper's two latest album listening parties along with the pair's four kids - North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.

Her younger sister Khloe Kardashian was also there to support the star.

And business mogul Kim has heaped the praise on her former beau for helping her to be more real and appreciate herself.

Talking to Kristen Bell and Monica Padman on the We Are Supported By... podcast on Wednesday, Kim got chatting about her time shooting Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

She revealed that nearer to the end of the hit reality TV series she didn't mind producers leaving in unflattering scenes or clips which made her sometimes look like the "b***h of the week".

Kim confessed that this was because she had learned to accept herself more and put that down to her time with Kanye.

She went on to explain that the rapper "absolutely didn’t care about likability factor or what any perception of him was, as long as he was true to himself".

And she thinks that the star taught her how to live in the moment more and how to be more confident in being herself.

"It (perception) used to bother me more," she confessed. "And now I’m just like focused on living my life and I don’t really care about perception.

"I think that comes with experience and age to where you just don’t care. But I think a lot of the experiences in life that I have had, like I used to care so much about so many more things in this business and in this life that I genuinely just don’t have the energy for."

Kim admitted that she is probably more vain than the majority of people, but said that this is ok too as it's all about her self-love and being vain isn't hurting anyone.

She continued: "You don’t have to please everyone as long as I’m myself and as long as I’m doing it the way that I want to.

"Like, you have one life and you’re living it for you. That taught me to just be more confident in myself and truly not care as much of what other people thought."
